Own the SSCG paid social program from planning through reporting, shaping the platform innovation and client partnerships to drive results at scale.

Job Description

Responsibilities: - Planning: Responsible for continually assessing SSCG paid social best practices and ensuring the highest impact offerings are available across clients and teams. Partner with biddable leadership on department-wide resource planning and scoping efforts for priority engagements and opportunities. - Development: Evaluate platform, vendor and partner performance to ensure SSCG continues to provide leading paid social recommendations and results. Facilitate growth and development across the paid social team by maintaining visibility into team structure, resource needs, workflow dynamics and performance. - Optimization: Lead vendor and partner relationships to secure the latest innovations, betas and marketing features necessary to drive client and agency results. Define the innovation roadmap for the paid social capability while working with biddable department leadership to identify and secure necessary resources. Provide strategic oversight and support to Associate Directors and Supervisors executing brand campaigns and paid social strategy. - Stewardship: Oversee strategic client communication preparation and ad hoc delivery coordination for priority engagements. Empower Associate Directors and portfolio Supervisors with access to industry-leading tools, resources, partners and platform opportunities that support strong strategic and performance outcomes. Act as a lead contributor to new client opportunities and RFP responses. - Reporting: Oversee measurement planning, tracking and reporting standards across the paid social portfolio, ensuring reporting connects paid social performance to client business goals and future optimization opportunities. Guide QBR preparation and delivery, alongside Associate Directors and portfolio Supervisors.
