Job Summary

Own and scale the Roku Ads Manager commercial engine across Product Solutions, Customer Success, and Customer Support, shaping GTM, playbooks, and adoption while tying success to adoption, retention, and satisfaction metrics.

  • Own cross-functional GTM and adoption for a multi-function ad tech business focused on CTV and self-serve platforms.
  • Lead pre and post-sale motions with seamless handoffs and sales alignment to drive revenue, retention, and client outcomes.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop three in-market functions — Product Solutions, Customer Success, and Customer Support — setting team strategy, hiring strong talent, and building a culture of accountability and client obsession.
  • Oversee pre-sale and post-sale motions across all three functions, ensuring seamless handoffs, consistent client experience, and alignment with sales goals.
  • Define success metrics for each team, track performance against adoption, retention, and satisfaction goals, and continuously improve operations and playbooks.
  • Build scalable processes and playbooks across solutions, success, and support that enable the team to grow with the Ads Manager business.
  • Develop and own the go-to-market strategy for Roku Ads Manager, ensuring successful product launches and sustained adoption across all advertiser segments.
  • Engage early in product planning as the lead commercial partner, incorporating client feedback and marketplace needs into the Ads Manager roadmap from Beta through GA.
  • Formulate and prioritize solutions using both existing and new platform capabilities and define the commercial framework for evaluating and launching new offerings.
  • Define, measure, and continuously evaluate success metrics for all Ads Manager product offerings to ensure ongoing effectiveness.
  • Identify trends, unmet advertiser needs, and growth opportunities to inform Ads Manager product priorities and roadmap development.
  • Educate advertisers, agencies, and internal teams on how to leverage Roku’s ad solutions to drive measurable CTV outcomes.
  • Ensure cross-functional buy-in and support for product initiatives across sales, product, engineering, and marketing.
  • Act as a senior voice for Ads Manager in client, partner, and industry conversations, enhancing Roku’s market position.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of professional experience in digital media, ad tech, or a closely related field, with a proven track record in advertising, product solutions, or client-facing commercial roles.
  • 5+ years of experience managing and developing high-performing teams, ideally spanning multiple functions (solutions, success, and/or support).
  • Deep expertise in the CTV and digital advertising ecosystem, with strong knowledge of self-serve ad platforms, performance marketing, and programmatic.
  • Proven experience building and scaling GTM strategies for ad tech products, including go-to-market planning, sales enablement, and product adoption programs.
  • Strong understanding of pre-sale and post-sale commercial motions — from technical consultation and demos through onboarding, retention, and growth.
  • Experience interfacing with product and engineering teams to translate market feedback into actionable roadmap inputs.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and align cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Ability to define and measure success metrics across GTM, client satisfaction, and product adoption, ensuring continuous improvement.
  • Highly collaborative and adaptable work style, with the ability to operate autonomously in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.

Nice to have

  • Bonus: Experience with self-serve ad platforms, growth marketer and performance agency personas, and/or CTV-specific ad products.

Benefits

  • This role is eligible for health insurance, equity awards, life insurance, disability benefits, parental leave, wellness benefits, and paid time off.
