Job Summary

Own the end-to-end paid media engine for a DTC beauty business, balancing CAC/ROAS with brand growth while leading an in-house team and coordinating with cross-functional partners to deliver integrated, data-driven campaigns.

  • Growth Ownership: Manage Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and Google programs with full-funnel optimization and cross-channel impact.
  • Measurement & Testing: Build a rigorous testing roadmap, ensure tagging and attribution accuracy, and extract incrementality insights to guide spend.
  • Cross-functional Leadership: Mentor the media team, partner with Creative, Brand, CRM, and E‑commerce, and align with UK central and US teams for consistent execution.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end paid media strategy and execution across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and Google (Search & Display), driving customer acquisition and revenue growth.
  • Deliver consistently against core commercial metrics, including CAC, ROAS, and Cost of Sales, while aligning channel-level KPIs to overarch business objectives.
  • Support high-level media investment decisions, including complex budget allocations, pacing, and channel mix optimization to maximize efficiency.
  • Balance lower-funnel conversion tactics with broader full-funnel growth opportunities to build long-term brand equity and scale.
  • Lead the day-to-day and monthly optimization of all paid digital channels to ensure peak performance.
  • Establish and scale a structured testing roadmap covering creative assets, audience segmentation, bidding strategies, and landing page optimization.
  • Maintain rigorous standards for campaign setup, tagging, tracking, and measurement to ensure data integrity and real-time reporting accuracy.
  • Lead and mentor the in-house media team, providing direct oversight for the Senior Manager of Affiliates and the Senior Manager of Paid Social.
  • Partner with Creative, Brand, CRM, and E-commerce teams to ensure a seamless consumer journey and integrated campaign execution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure media strategies remain in lockstep with broader brand and commercial priorities.

Requirements

  • 5+ years Industry experience: Professional background in Performance Marketing or Paid Media, with a proven track record in DTC and/or the Beauty category.
  • Demonstrated success in managing high-growth media budgets ($5M+) and consistently delivering against aggressive CAC and ROAS targets.
  • Advanced technical expertise across Meta, TikTok, and Google/YouTube platforms; solid understanding of attribution, incrementality, and A/B testing frameworks.
  • Strong leadership and mentorship skills with experience managing direct reports and leading cross-functional projects.
  • Ability to navigate global environments; must be comfortable collaborating with international teams (UK central) while maintaining local US execution and ownership.
