Lead marketplace growth and full-funnel strategy

Optimize digital shelf content, PDPs, and marketplace performance
Turn data into actionable growth strategies
Partner with Sales, Merchandising, Creative, Operations, and Finance to drive profitable growth
Build and lead a high-performing eCommerce team

Requirements

10+ years of marketplace, retail media, or eCommerce leadership experience
Deep expertise with Amazon, Walmart, and retail media platforms
Experience managing multimillion-dollar media budgets
Strong analytical, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills
Passion for driving scalable growth and operational excellence
