Job Summary
Own the hospital liaison function by building referral networks, representing the organization in healthcare circles, and expanding awareness of services to drive patient access.
- Referral & Partnerships: Develop and nurture referral relationships with providers to drive patient referrals.
- Community Representation: Represent the organization within the healthcare community to raise profile and trust.
- Awareness & Outreach: Increase service awareness through targeted outreach to patients and care coordinators.
