Own the data- and systems-fueled marketing backbone, guiding MarTech strategy, data architecture, and cross-team delivery for a B2B tech audience.

Lead platform governance and integrations across CRM, marketing automation, and DXPs to ensure clean data flow and scalable campaigns.
Shape data architecture and API-led connects to enable accurate attribution, reporting, and cross-channel activation.

Job Description

Bachelor’s or advanced degree in a related field.
8–12+ years of experience in marketing technology, marketing operations, or related field.
Strong experience managing complex MarTech stacks.
Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce (CRM, Marketing Cloud) and DXPs such as Sitecore and Optimizely.
Deep understanding of data architecture, integrations, and APIs.
Proven leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Experience with CDPs (Data360, Tealium), data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery).
Experience with Nimble, a Salesforce CRM platform for associations.
Familiarity with privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA).
Experience in B2B and/or high-growth tech environments.
SQL or basic technical fluency.
Experience with SDLC principles and practices.
