Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive, multi-channel marketing strategy aligned with corporate growth objectives across architecture, engineering, and construction service lines
  • Establish marketing KPIs tied to revenue, pipeline growth, brand visibility, and recruitment
  • Partner with executive leadership to support strategic planning, market expansion, and positioning initiatives
  • Build, mentor, and manage internal marketing resources and external partners
  • Oversee marketing budget planning, allocation, and ROI reporting
  • Serve as brand steward, ensuring consistency and excellence across all touchpoints
  • Lead the firm’s digital presence with emphasis on high-impact B2B engagement across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, X (Twitter), and emerging platforms
  • Oversee content strategy including:
  • - Major project storytelling and case studies
  • - Technical insights and industry education
  • - AEC service line positioning and project capability marketing
  • - Awards, recognition, and public and private sector achievements
  • - Employer branding and talent acquisition campaigns
  • Translate complex engineering systems, project methodologies, and technical capabilities into accessible, compelling messaging
  • Monitor analytics and optimize performance based on engagement, conversion, and lead generation metrics
  • Track industry trends across AEC, public infrastructure, private development, and municipal markets
  • Own the company website ecosystem as a primary marketing, recruiting, and business development engine
  • Lead strategy for UX, SEO, technical performance, and conversion optimization
  • Align website architecture to support professional services marketing across architecture, engineering, and construction disciplines
  • Oversee content development, landing pages, product/service positioning, and lead capture systems
