Director of Marketing (QSR SPECIFIC)

Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership
• Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with company growth goals
• Lead brand positioning, ensuring consistency across all channels and locations
• Partner with executive leadership to support business objectives, sales targets, and expansion efforts
• Campaign & Promotion Management
• Plan and execute national and local marketing campaigns, promotions, and product launches
• Analyze campaign performance and optimize based on ROI and key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Oversee seasonal promotions, limited-time offers (LTOs), and menu innovation rollouts
• Digital & Social Media Marketing
• Manage digital marketing strategy including social media, email, SMS, and online ordering platforms

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred)
• 7+ years of marketing experience, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role
• Experience in QSR, restaurant, retail, or multi-unit environments strongly preferred
• Proven track record of driving sales growth through marketing initiatives
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, brand management, and customer engagement strategies
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical capabilities
• Direct marketing: 5 years (Required)
• Social media management: 5 years (Required)
