Responsibilities

• Own the marketing funnel from impression → lead → "Ready for Quote" → job.
• Manage and scale paid media (primarily Meta, plus Google/retargeting) to profitable targets.
• Maintain and improve dashboards for leads, cost per lead, cost per "Ready for Quote," and marketing-sourced revenue and ROAS.
• Design and run campaigns and offer tests (by avatar, geography, channel).
• Use AI tools to rapidly produce and iterate ad copy, headlines, hooks, landing-page variants, and email/SMS flows.
• Plan and coordinate bi-weekly content shoots with a videographer; turn each into multiple ads and organic assets.
• Build and improve nurture: quote follow-up sequences, reactivation campaigns, and email/SMS promos.
• Work directly with setters and closers to improve lead quality, feedback loops, and conversion.
• Manage outside vendors (media buyers, creative, videographers) to performance targets.

Requirements

• 4+ years in performance marketing / growth (home services, construction, or local lead gen a big plus).
• Hands-on experience running and scaling Meta (and ideally Google) with meaningful monthly ad budgets.
• A proven track record of hitting lead and cost-per-lead targets for a sales team.
• Strong with numbers, attribution, and dashboards — you live in data, not guesses.
• Comfortable using AI tools to speed up content, copy, and iteration.
• A player-coach mindset: willing to do the work AND build the system.
