Job Summary

Own the end-to-end audience growth and revenue-driven marketing for a cultural campus, coordinating agency partners and a ticketing led strategy across exhibitions, events, and programs.

  • Agency management and performance: align campaigns with brand standards, set KPI reviews, and optimize ROI.
  • Audience development and data: run segmentation, research, and data-informed planning to grow attendees and members.
  • Ticketing and monetization: supervise pricing, offers, and attendance initiatives with cross functional teams to drive revenue.

Job Description

  • Growth and audience development: define data driven segmentation and growth strategies across exhibitions, festivals, programs, membership, retail, dining and philanthropy.
  • Agency management and performance: oversee the Newfields strategic marketing agency, align campaigns with brand standards and revenue goals, and review KPIs and ROI.
  • Ticketing and revenue optimization: supervise pricing, packaging, offers, and attendance driving initiatives with cross functional teams.
  • Integrated campaigns: lead marketing across paid, owned, earned and shared channels with cross department collaboration.
  • Digital strategy and site optimization: oversee website strategy and digital user experience, plus CRM and audience data system improvements.
  • Planning and governance: develop annual marketing plans aligned with institutional priorities and monitor industry trends and competitive positioning.
  • Forecasting and analytics: analyze ticket sales, attendance, conversion, and audience behavior to inform strategy and forecasting.
  • Agency partnerships: collaborate with agency to identify audience growth opportunities and new revenue channels.
  • Internal alignment: act as liaison to Business Enterprise, Finance and Guest Experience to shape pricing, promotions and attendance initiatives.
  • Measurement and reporting: develop performance measurement frameworks and campaign reporting to ensure accountability.
