Job Summary

Own end-to-end event and hospitality marketing for client programs, balancing on-site execution with lead generation, sponsor liaison, and post-event learning.

  • Event Execution & Operations: plan invitations, RSVPs, social posts, venue logistics, on-site management, and teardown.
  • Stakeholder & Content Coordination: coordinate sponsors/clients, support presentations, and capture post-event learnings.
  • Compliance, Budget & Optimization: manage budgets, safety, inventory, and post-event evaluations for continuous improvement.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead with purpose and partner with impact.
  • Manage all aspects of marketing including digital, email, public relations, and events from conception through completion.
  • Provide outstanding customer service and organize unique, memorable events of the highest quality.
  • Ensure deadlines for events are met, including invitations, social media posts, email blasts, and venue booking.
  • Build HubSpot forms, design and execute e-blast invitations for client events.
  • Serve as lead on-site contact, solving problems and coordinating staff, vendors, and customers.
  • Ensure all equipment, technology, supplies, decor and promotional materials are transported and set up on schedule.
  • Welcome and register guests and liaise with sponsors and clients to meet their needs.
  • Manage guest RSVP process and post-event evaluations for continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in financial services or wealth management.
  • Experience with financial planning tools such as eMoney strongly preferred.
  • Familiarity with retirement account types (Traditional, Roth, SEP, SIMPLE IRAs) required.
  • Strong client service and communication skills with high attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce CRM or similar tools and Microsoft Office; ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Active Series 65 required; CFP certification or actively pursuing CFP designation preferred; CPA designation a plus.
