Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end marketing performance analysis & insights strategy across campaigns, channels, and initiatives for all four Aspen One brands.
  • Architect, define, own and standardize the analytics and insights framework, KPI structure and success metrics across marketing efforts, aligned to the COE's Expand/Grow/Elevate strategic pillars — establishing it as the common measurement language across Marketing, Finance, Analytics, and Digital.
  • Translate complex data into clear insights and strategic recommendations for senior stakeholders, including business-unit and executive leadership.
  • Communicate insights and related strategy recommendations to executive leadership on a regular basis.
  • Partner with Data & Digital Engineering teams to develop, evolve, and inform models suited to long consideration cycles, seasonality, and cross-brand guest journeys.
  • Regularly identify opportunities and make recommendations to optimize marketing spend, targeting, and channel mix across paid media, lifecycle/CRM, loyalty, and on-property digital experiences.
  • Support the COE's first-party data and unified guest identity initiatives by ensuring measurement frameworks connect cleanly to guest-level data.
  • Lead the translation of the marketing insights and KPI framework into quarterly, annual, and multi-year (long-range) business planning, building the growth strategy and portfolio-wide roadmaps that guide where the business invests next.
  • Build and own strategic planning model — connecting performance trends, spend levels, and conversion assumptions to projected business outcomes — to quantify the gap to target and the investment required to close it.
  • Example: The scale of investment and tactics needed across all BU’s to compete with Vail’s strategic pivot from expansion strategy to loyalty strategy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field or equivalent experience in lieu of degree
  • 7 years of experience in marketing analytics, growth marketing, performance measurement, or a related field — including experience translating insights into long-range business planning and strategy, and people or matrixed team leadership

Benefits

  • Health, Dental and Vision Insurance Programs
  • Flexible Spending Account Programs
  • Life Insurance Programs
  • Paid Time Off Programs
  • Paid Leave Programs
  • 401(k) Savings Plan
