Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the marketing strategy for Infinity Direct.
• Define and communicate the agency's value proposition and differentiators.
• Ensure consistent messaging across website, sales materials, and external communications.
• Lead development of thought leadership content including articles, case studies, white papers, and presentations.
• Translate internal expertise (data strategy, direct mail innovation, campaign analytics) into market-facing insights.
• Support leadership in publishing content and speaking opportunities.
• Develop marketing programs with Strategy and Business Development that generate qualified leads and new business opportunities.
• Manage digital marketing initiatives including website optimization, email campaigns, and social media.
• Support Business Development efforts with marketing materials, presentations, and case studies.
• Identify opportunities for Infinity Direct to participate in conferences, industry events, and publications.

Requirements

• 8–12+ years of marketing experience, preferably in B2B services, agency, or marketing technology environments.
• Strong experience developing thought leadership and content-driven marketing programs.
• Demonstrated ability to build brand visibility and generate qualified leads.
• Excellent writing, storytelling, and presentation skills.
• Experience managing digital marketing channels and marketing campaigns.

Preferred

• Experience in marketing services, direct response marketing, or data-driven marketing environments.
• Familiarity with direct mail, analytics, customer segmentation, or marketing performance measurement.
• Experience promoting consulting or agency services.
