Job Summary

Job Description

Lead the organization’s integrated marketing and communications to advance fundraising, brand, and reputation, owning strategy, team leadership, donor communications, PR, content across channels, and measurement.

  • Growth Strategy: Develop and execute an integrated marketing and communications plan aligned with fundraising, social enterprise growth, and recruitment goals.
  • Brand & Narrative: Partner with leadership on brand positioning, messaging, reputation, and audience engagement.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and develop a cross-functional marketing team to drive collaboration and accountability.
  • Planning & Performance: Establish annual marketing plans, goals, timelines, and performance metrics.
  • Brand Consistency: Oversee brand strategy and ensure consistent visual identity, messaging, and voice across platforms.
  • Mission Messaging: Evolve brand messaging around Misericordia’s vision of “a life worth living” for all residents.
  • Donor Communications: Plan and execute donor communications, including appeals, stewardship, proposals, and campaign collateral.
  • Audience & Data: Ensure donor communications are segmented, data-informed, and emotionally compelling.
  • Campaign Support: Support major campaigns and events with cohesive messaging and integrated marketing.
  • Measurement & Reporting: Track data to increase reach and impact of communications.
