Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Brand Identity - Ownership of hotel brand identity, including development, management, and production of brand identity materials
  • Ensure consistent brand presentation across marketing materials, campaigns, and guest touchpoints
  • Advertising - Oversee all phases from planning to briefing and implementation of the hotel's annual advertising plan; coordinate with MO Group advertising department on all matters related to media planning
  • Plan, organise and oversee all photography and videography sessions for the hotel to ensure the right assets are in place for media, digital and collateral use
  • Public Relations - Serve as the hotel’s brand representative and spokesperson for key media and public-facing opportunities
  • Develop and execute an integrated PR strategy that strengthens the hotel’s positioning locally and internationally, ensuring alignment with MOHG corporate communications and maximizing earned media exposure across all channels
  • Lead and manage relationships with local PR agency, directing communications strategy, coordinating media opportunities, and ensuring consistent brand representation across all markets
  • Identify and secure high-impact media opportunities, including features, interviews, partnerships, and brand storytelling initiatives
  • Oversee press materials including press releases, media kits, and editorial content to ensure consistent and compelling messaging
  • Coordinate media events, press visits, and brand activations in collaboration with internal teams and agency partners
  • Monitor media coverage and industry trends to identify opportunities that enhance brand awareness and credibility
  • Oversee the hotel’s Press Office, including media relationship management, press release development, hosting of media visits, crisis communications coordination, and preparation of monthly PR reports
  • Strategic Partnerships - Identify, develop, and manage strategic partnerships that enhance brand positioning and audience reach with relevant brands in the luxury, lifestyle and arts and cultural world
  • Evaluate partnership opportunities that support business growth, brand alignment, and experiential innovation
  • Social Media - Lead the hotel’s social media strategy, ensuring brand-aligned content, governance compliance, and coordination with global teams on paid social campaigns targeting both local and global audiences
  • Leverage data and analytics to optimize campaign performance and audience engagement
  • Customer Relationship Management - Maintain frequent contact with the hotel's guests and clients through direct marketing activities
  • Develop an overall annual direct marketing plan; manage budget
  • Organise VIP visits, exhibitions and social functions; oversee consumer events as required
  • Establish clear KPIs to measure marketing performance and impact
