Job Description

Own agency-wide communications and marketing operations, translating PR, brand storytelling, and content production into a cohesive, measurable plan that elevates coverage and audience engagement.

  • Public Relations & Media: Lead PR and media outreach to secure coverage and build relationships.
  • Brand & Storytelling: Drive organizational storytelling across print, video, web, and social platforms.
  • Brand Adoption: Drive brand adoption across agency and ensure consistency in campaigns.
  • Communications Ops: Oversee marketing materials, external and internal newsletters, print, video, web, and social media production tasks as needed.
  • Marketing Planning: Develop and manage the annual marketing plan.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise Communications team and delegate tasks as the subject matter expert in communications and marketing.
  • Agency-wide Support: Drive marketing support and guidance processes across the agency.
  • Digital Strategy: Serve as SME in WordPress, Google Ads, and Google Analytics; guide staff and optimize website and campaign performance.
  • Content Oversight: Create and oversee newsletters, social campaigns, videos, and multimedia projects.
  • Fundraising & Outreach Ops: Lead monthly e-Appeals and assist with direct mail campaigns with outside vendors.
