Responsibilities

  • Provides strategic direction and oversees the management and maintenance of department deliverables striving for operational excellence (productivity, quality, SLAs, customer experience of services provided, etc.).
  • Buidls high performing teams with vision, leadership, goals and metrics.
  • Serves as a role model for team members; acts and inspires team members to embrace and implement culture initiatives.
  • Provides awareness to staff how their work impacts other departments, programs and the enterprise.
  • Encourages collaboration and holds team members accountable for achieving outstanding results.
  • Responsible for all management functions including hiring, training, planning and directing work, coaching and staff development, managing and evaluating performance, recognizing and rewarding employees; corrective action procedures and practices, addressing complaints and resolving problems.
  • Develops and manages the department budget.
  • Works closely with Directors across the organization to make tactical and operational decisions that advance company strategies and goals and collaborates to deliver on company-wide deliverables/requirements.
  • Oversees/leads departmental projects and continuous improvement initiatives may lead cross functional teams.
  • Develops and implements department policies and procedures to ensure compliance with federal, state, local and company policies, rules and regulations.

Preferred

  • Lead the development of winning marketing strategies, plans and tactics that generate desired business results for Colorado Access business units, coordinating execution across the organization and leveraging a diverse set of products and resources.
  • Develop and manage marketing communications strategy and associated messaging architecture across all business lines, products, and audiences.
  • Lead the development and management of brand, messaging, positioning, and advertising strategies and tactics for offline and online channels. Manage standards across all company brands.
  • Lead social media strategy that drives awareness, engagement, and growth/retention.
  • Design, execute, and measure online, direct mail, social media, PR and grassroots marketing campaigns for each market.
  • Support marketing events (sponsorships, cause marketing, event management). Ensure alignment of relationships between marketing and community programs and corporate goals and compliance.
  • Supervise creative design, including delivery and fulfillment of digital, print, mobile, video and web marketing assets.
  • Serve as editor in chief for Colorado Access external and internal communications.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and team to develop strategy, write communication plans and creative briefs, research and analyze information, write and proof content, prepare presentations, and coordinate logistics.
  • Oversee enterprise-wide vendors, including print and mail fulfillment, to achieve marketing and communication objectives.
  • Oversee development and management of company’s digital engagement strategy (in collaboration with other key stakeholders), including portal and website design, development and maintenance.
  • Develop and manage enterprise-wide public relations strategy and activities in line with sales and marketing strategic plans, including media relations and company promotion through external partnerships and promotions.
  • Develop analytics for decision-support of marketing expense allocation, including return on investment and recommend ongoing calibration of tactics in line with budget.
