Requirements
- 7+ years experience in finance operations, executive operations, or COS-adjacent roles
- Proven experience managing both personal and business finances for a founder or senior executive
- Strong QuickBooks and multi-entity accounting expertise
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Comfortable handling sensitive personal and financial information
- Local to Great Neck / Long Island / NYC and available for hybrid work
