Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with organizational goals, emphasizing multichannel marketing, digital marketing, content marketing, and performance marketing.
• Lead market research efforts to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive insights to inform strategic planning.
• Oversee the creation and execution of advertising campaigns across print, digital platforms, social media, and paid channels such as Facebook Advertising and Google AdWords.
• Manage marketing automation tools and analytics platforms like Google Analytics to measure campaign effectiveness and optimize ROI.
• Drive SEO initiatives to improve organic search rankings and enhance online visibility through content optimization, keyword research, and website management
• Cultivate relationships with advertising sales partners and explore new business opportunities in B2B and B2C markets to expand revenue streams.
• Oversee the development of compelling copywriting for various channels including email marketing campaigns, product descriptions, and promotional materials.
• Coordinate and film promotional videos for social media, including videos that YOU are the face of, so must be comfortable being in front of a camera.
• Help us set up and run our new social channels on platforms such as TikTok.

Requirements
