Job Summary

Own the end-to-end marketing strategy and team leadership to drive growth, brand consistency, and data-driven improvements across campaigns.

Develop annual marketing strategies and promotional calendars aligned with goals
Lead cross-functional initiatives with Sales, Service, and Parts to boost revenue, retention, and customer experience
Oversee content creation and integrated campaigns across digital, events, and promotions

Job Description

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
5+ years of marketing experience.
Experience with CRM, digital advertising, marketing automation, and analytics platforms required.
2+ years of leadership or project management experience.

Preferred

Experience managing multiple brands, product lines, or locations preferred.
