Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Demand generation, end to end: ABM, paid digital, and (possibly) the outbound BDR team.
  • The referral and word-of-mouth flywheel. It's already one of our stronger pipeline sources, alongside renewals, partners, and the Game Changers program, but nothing about it is intentional yet.
  • Strategy and execution across paid media and email.
  • ABM for our enterprise push, from target account selection through campaign execution
  • Alignment between marketing and sales, so pipeline generated actually converts to closed business, not just demos that don’t convert
  • Rapid experimentation: testing new channels, formats, and offers quickly, and having the judgment to know when a test has run long enough to call it
  • The go to market motion around our field marketing events, in partnership with another team member who owns field.
  • BDR management, if your background supports it (see below)

Requirements

  • Real, hands-on account-based marketing experience, not just familiarity with the concept.
  • An AI-forward, growth hacker mentality: you run experiments, not just campaigns.
  • A track record of aligning marketing programs to sales outcomes, measured in closed revenue, not just leads.
  • You read data and act on it. Show you a funnel and you can tell us where it leaks and what you'd test first, with numbers, not adjectives.
  • You know the channels cold. Paid media, SEO, and increasingly the answer-engine surface where buyers now ask questions of a model. You understand what each channel is good for and what it can't do.
  • You're fluent in a modern GTM stack. HubSpot, Clay, Apollo, ZoomInfo are tools you've built workflows with, not just logged into.
  • You think in leverage. When something needs to scale, your first instinct is to build a system, not to ask for a hire

Preferred

  • Prior experience managing a BDR team
  • Experience in the events, webinar, or virtual engagement space
  • Experience marketing as a challenger brand against larger, better-funded competitors
  • Based in New York or San Francisco

2.0 Glassdoor

Turn webinars and video into a go-to-market engine.Sequel.io allows you to host live and on-demand video directly on your website, from webinars and virtual events to always-on video, so your most human marketing happens inside the digital relationship you're already building with your audience.Because Sequel video lives on your website, it connects what people watch, ask, and respond to with how they behave across your site, bringing video engagement and first-party website behavior together as one continuous context. Data tells you what happened. That context helps you understand the people behind it.Then Sequel's agents put that understanding to work: building programs, turning one conversation into a library of content, surfacing patterns and opportunities, and personalizing what happens next. Everyone is adding AI. The real question is what their AI actually knows, and an agent can only reason over the context it has.Teams like Carta, ZoomInfo, Morningstar, Newsweek, ElevenLabs, Confluent, and 6sense use Sequel to make it happen. We believe the future of GTM is more human than you think. As AI automates more execution, real expertise, judgment, and trust become more valuable, not less. Let people create the moments worth paying attention to. Let agents create the momentum around them.Video creates connection. Engagement creates intelligence. Agents create leverage. Sequel connects all three. The webinar platform that doesn't stop at the webinar.
