Job Description
- In-house program within a welcoming, slower-paced community environment that delivers holistic care with a strong focus on prevention
- Salary with 75% productivity benchmarks

- Specialized on-site training delivered during paid work hours, some sessions eligible for CEUs
- State-of-the-art rehab gyms and equipment
- Opportunity to build relationships by following residents across the full continuum of care, including inpatient, home health, outpatient, and fitness services
- Clinically driven, patient-centered treatment decisions guide all programs and care plans
- Positive leadership philosophy that gives our therapists opportunities to provide input into programming, systems, and creative idea sharing
- Due to our company being a non-profit organization, student loan forgiveness is available after 10 years!
- Bachelor’s degree in a rehabilitation discipline (Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech Language Pathology); Master's degree is preferred
- For SLP candidates, an active Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech Language Hearing Association (ASHA) is required
- Minimum of three years' direct patient care experience
- Minimum of one year' management experience
- Comprehensive knowledge of Medicare and third-party billing
