Job Summary

Own scalable field and partner marketing in North America with a data driven, revenue focused operating rhythm that ties programs to territory plans and whitespace opportunities.

  • Growth/Field Marketing: Own the field strategy, integrated territory plans, and events ABM programs to drive pipeline and acceleration.
  • Partner Marketing: Lead partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline with a tight cross functional cadence to sales and alliances.
  • Measurement & Accountability: Establish KPIs, dashboards, attribution, and ROI standards to guide investment decisions and executive reviews.

Job Description

Own scalable North America field and partner marketing to drive pipeline and revenue, with rigorous data discipline and cross-functional execution.

  • Develop a scalable North America field marketing strategy aligned to revenue goals and regional sales priorities.
  • Drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline, collaborating with sales and the partner/alliances team.
  • Own the partner marketing calendar and budget, tracking spend against pipeline and revenue impact.
  • Lead and sustain team success through development and coaching, aligned with success metrics and OKRs.
  • Build integrated territory marketing plans supporting account penetration, opportunity acceleration, customer expansion, and pipeline generation.
  • Partner with Regional VPs/Directors and Account Directors to align marketing programs to territory plans and whitespace opportunities.
  • Set the operating rhythm for field events, executive engagement programs, webinars, ABM campaigns, and industry activations.
  • Establish a data-centric operating model with KPIs, dashboards, attribution models, and performance benchmarks to measure effectiveness.
  • Define performance metrics related to pipeline generation, revenue influence, account engagement, territory growth, conversion rates, and ROI.
  • Foster a culture of accountability where investments and programs are driven by measurable outcomes and regular executive reviews.
