Responsibilities

• Own Bidease's global field marketing and events strategy across North America, EMEA, and APAC.
• Build and manage the annual events calendar aligned with company growth priorities, identifying the most important events in the mobile app growth ecosystem.
• Determine where Bidease should sponsor, host, speak, or activate — across industry conferences, executive dinners, invite-only leadership experiences, regional roundtables, partner events, and customer programs.
• Align event strategy with sales priorities and target accounts, setting meeting and opportunity targets for each event.
• Track pipeline and revenue influence through CRM, ensuring field marketing drives measurable pipeline and opportunities.
• Build scalable systems for event production and logistics, including vendor and partner management, budget ownership, registration systems, speaker coordination, on-site operations, and post-event follow-up workflows.

Requirements

• 7–10 years of experience leading global field marketing or events for B2B companies
• Experience supporting enterprise sales organizations and executing global conference strategies
• Background in mobile advertising, ad tech, or SaaS preferred
