We are looking for a proven enterprise consulting growth leader who has personally built revenue from nothing.
Someone who has:
- Built and scaled consulting businesses
- Created their own book of business
- Developed executive relationships from scratch
- Personally closed enterprise consulting engagements
- Sold transformation programs
- Opened doors through relationships they cultivated themselves
- Operated successfully in high-growth or hypergrowth environments
- Consistently exceeded multimillion-dollar revenue targets
The ideal candidate combines enterprise consulting experience, executive relationship development, market credibility, and entrepreneurial thinking.
They should understand how to identify enterprise problems, position strategic solutions, build trusted advisor relationships, and convert opportunities into recognized revenue.

Operon already maintains strategic relationships across multiple enterprise organizations and ecosystems.
This role will be responsible for accelerating growth within existing relationships while introducing net-new enterprise accounts, strategic partnerships, and revenue opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
This is a high-growth leader who will own a personal quota of $25M in booked revenue in 2026.
Enterprise Revenue Growth
- Generate net-new consulting services revenue
- Build and grow a personal enterprise book of business
- Develop executive relationships across target industries
- Create and execute enterprise growth strategies
- Identify transformation opportunities across enterprise organizations

- Consistently achieve and exceed revenue targets
Strategic Business Development
- Open net-new enterprise accounts

Executive Relationship Development
Build trusted relationships with:

- Enterprise business leaders
Serve as a trusted advisor helping organizations navigate workforce transformation and the adoption of Agentic AI.
Consulting Practice Expansion
- Identify new market opportunities

- Contribute to long-term growth planning
- Provide market intelligence to executive leadership
- Support expansion into new industries and verticals
Preferred Qualifications
Required Experience
- 8-10+ years of enterprise consulting, business development, client partner, account executive, or growth leadership experience
- Proven experience selling consulting services, transformation programs, or enterprise solutions
- Demonstrated history of generating revenue from net-new relationships
- Experience carrying significant revenue targets
- Experience presenting to senior executives and C-level stakeholders
- Strong understanding of enterprise technology landscapes
- Experience building strategic relationships across enterprise organizations
Highly Preferred Experience
- Built your own consulting firm, advisory practice, or services business
- Existing executive relationships across enterprise organizations
- Experience selling AI, cloud, digital transformation, consulting, managed services, or technology solutions
- Experience working with Fortune 500 organizations
- Experience leading consulting practice growth initiatives
- Experience operating in high-speed / high-growth environments
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a builder mentality

Revenue Expectations
This is a highly visible growth leadership role.
The successful candidate will be expected to materially own their P&L and commit to generating $25M+ in consulting services revenue during 2026.
Candidates should expect revenue performance to be a primary factor in compensation acceleration, bonus attainment, equity eligibility, and long-term growth opportunities within Operon.
Operon already maintains strategic enterprise relationships that represent substantial growth opportunities.
This leader will be expected to accelerate those relationships while introducing net-new logos, executive buyers, strategic partners, and revenue opportunities into the business.

Candidates must present a detailed execution plan that includes:
- Specific actions they will personally take

- Market expansion strategy
Most importantly, candidates must clearly identify:
- The amount of recognized revenue they believe they can personally influence and deliver
- The timeline associated with achieving that revenue
- The assumptions supporting those projections
- The specific actions required to achieve those outcomes

Candidates must also present:
- 6-Month Growth Plan
