This is a hands-on technical leadership role responsible for building, supporting, and continuously enhancing our SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) 2211 Accelerator–based environment, tightly integrated with SAP S/4HANA, Salesforce, and Akeneo PIM.
The ideal candidate has deep technical expertise, strong system-integration experience, and a proven track record supporting multi-language, multi-currency, multi-region storefronts in a complex enterprise environment. Experience in similar ecosystems is valuable, but direct experience with the specific platforms listed is strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities
- Own the technical architecture, scalability, and performance of the SAP Commerce (Hybris) platform (v2211.43 Accelerator).
- Lead and support integrations between SAP Commerce and SAP S/4HANA, including pricing, product, inventory, order, and customer data flows.
- Oversee SAP Commerce integrations with Salesforce (CRM, account data, customer interactions) and Akeneo PIM (product data, attributes, localization).
- Partner with business stakeholders to translate new business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Guide platform enhancements, upgrades, and optimizations while ensuring system stability.
- Support and evolve multi-language, multi-currency, and multi-site storefront capabilities.
- Provide technical leadership across internal teams and external implementation partners.
- Establish and enforce best practices for development, integration, security, and release management.
- Lead troubleshooting and root-cause analysis for complex production issues.
- Mentor senior engineers and architects; raise overall technical maturity of the team.
- Collaborate closely with ERP, CRM, PIM, and infrastructure teams to ensure end-to-end system alignment.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of IT experience, with significant focus on enterprise eCommerce platforms.
- Hands-on experience with SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) — Accelerator-based implementations strongly preferred.
- Direct integration experience with SAP S/4HANA (or ECC with S/4 migration exposure).
- Experience integrating eCommerce platforms with Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or related).
- Experience integrating with a PIM platform, preferably Akeneo.
- Strong understanding of:
- API-based integrations (REST, event-driven patterns)
- Data synchronization across ERP, CRM, and PIM
- Global storefront requirements (localization, currency, taxation, compliance)
- Proven ability to support and enhance complex, high-availability production systems.
- Experience leading technical teams and vendors in a matrixed enterprise environment.
- Strong communication skills — able to bridge technical depth and business needs.
- Experience with SAP Commerce Cloud 2211.x specifically.
- Background in B2B eCommerce environments.
- Exposure to cloud-native architectures and DevOps practices.
- Experience supporting post-merger or multi-brand platform consolidation.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, cloud hosting, and modern frontend integrations.
- Own a mission-critical global eCommerce platform.
- Work in a high-impact, transformation-driven environment.
- Influence architecture decisions across ERP, CRM, PIM, and digital channels.
- Partner directly with business leaders to enable growth through technology.
