Responsibilities

• This is a full-time remote position for a Director of Digital Marketing.

Requirements

• Deep expertise in Digital Strategy, encompassing campaign planning and online business growth
• Proficiency in Marketing and E-Commerce, with experience optimizing online retail platforms
• Strong ability in Lead Generation strategies to drive engagement and expand the customer base
• Advanced skills in Web Analytics for data-driven decision-making and performance tracking
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills
• Proven ability to adapt to dynamic environments and deliver results
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA is a plus
• Experience in the fashion or jewelry industry is a significant advantage
