Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Schedule and publish pre-approved content across all platforms on a consistent editorial calendar.
  • Monitor inbound engagement, flag high-priority interactions, and manage first-response communications on behalf of the organization.
  • Coordinate cross-platform promotion for book launches, academic paper publications, event announcements, and partnership milestones.
  • Track and report engagement metrics weekly, identifying which content types and platforms are generating the highest quality reach.
  • Maintain brand voice consistency across all channels in alignment with organizational leadership.
  • Support digital promotion for live events including REDLINE INDEX cognitive performance sessions and education partnerships.

Requirements

  • Strong written communication skills with attention to tone, precision, and audience calibration.
  • Familiarity with social media scheduling tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or equivalent.
  • Ability to work independently against deadlines without supervision.
  • Interest in cognitive science, motorsport, education, or nonprofit operations.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple platforms simultaneously.

Preferred

  • Prior social media management experience preferred but not required. Commitment and reliability matter more than credentials.
