Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead data strategy and oversight, ensuring the collection, analysis, and use of data to monitor progress, inform decision-making, and drive cross-team continuous improvement aligned to the Recruitment to Retention continuum.
  • Analyze trends in teacher induction and retention across districts, schools, grade levels, and content areas in order to support districts with the onboarding and retention of new teachers and early career teachers.
  • Produce clear, accessible reports, dashboards, executive summaries and presentations for internal and external stakeholders that highlight progress to goals and program impact in Teacher Leadership and Recruitment to Retention District Partnership.
  • Develop tools to visualize data (charts, infographics, data briefs) for progress monitoring.
  • Develop and maintain team dashboard.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of a cross-office dashboard to house recruitment to retention data.
  • Develop a framework for the Teacher Induction, Support and Leadership team that evaluates the efficacy of Teacher Leadership and Recruitment to Retention District Partnership.
  • Drive operational excellence by leading cross-functional planning, project management, and data systems that support effective implementation of teacher induction initiatives across the Recruitment to Retention continuum.
  • Develop project managing tools and routines to support planning, tracking milestones, and monitoring deliverables and outcomes.
  • Streamline workflows, documentation and communication practices to improve efficiency and team effectiveness.
  • Assist in monitoring the implementation of new teacher and early career teacher support programs.
  • Develop and refine key performance indicators and evaluation metrics.
  • Participate in meetings and professional learning sessions to present findings and gather feedback.
  • Coordinate with TRQ’s Strategic Partnerships Team to ensure coherence and avoid duplication of efforts.
  • Oversee cross-team project management by tracking key milestones, deliverables, and progress to goals to ensure effective execution of strategic initiatives.
  • Oversee strategic communications and knowledge sharing, managing internal communication structures and documenting evidence-based practices to ensure alignment, transparency, and continuous learning across teams.
  • Lead cross-team communication and planning by managing the team’s communication calendar, aligning planning processes, and ensuring timely and coherent information-sharing across TRQ.
  • Document and share evidence-based practices by capturing insights, organizing team learnings, and disseminating resources that inform continuous improvement and alignment across the Recruitment to Retention Continuum.
  • Manage and support team development, providing leadership, coaching, and oversight to ensure high performance, collaboration, and alignment with strategic goals.
  • Maintain project timelines, documentation, and communication across teams.
