Job Summary

Own the development and validation of audience models that drive predictive accuracy and lift across campaigns, then operationalize them across marketing, CRM, and analytics stacks.

  • Audience Modeling and validation: build profiling frameworks, testing, and KPIs to prove accuracy and lift.
  • Systems & Ops: deploy segments with engineering, automate validation, and maintain scalable data pipelines.
  • Campaign impact: translate insights into action briefs and evidence-based optimizations across media and tactics.

Job Description

Responsibilities:
  • Design and refine audience profiling frameworks, including survey architecture and segmentation logic
  • Engineer and validate psychographic and behavioral models (e.g., HEXACO or similar frameworks)
  • Develop scoring methodologies and ensure statistical integrity of outputs
  • Evaluate model fidelity and improve predictive accuracy across audience systems
  • Design testing frameworks to validate predictive models and audience tools
  • Conduct A/B testing, back-testing, and experimental analysis against real-world consumer and campaign outcomes
  • Define and track KPIs related to predictive accuracy, audience lift, and marketing performance
  • Build repeatable validation protocols that ensure outputs remain credible, scalable, and measurable
  • Writing and identifying visuals, testing validation frameworks to measure predictive accuracy and performance
  • Apply machine learning and AI-enabled tools to consumer datasets
  • Requirements
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistics, Behavioral Science, Economics, Data Science, Computer Science, Applied Math, or similar quantitative field (PhD-level rigor a plus)
  • 4–7+ years of experience in consumer insights, analytics, behavioral research, or data science
  • Proficiency in Python, R, SQL, or similar analytics tools
  • Strong communication skills and ability to explain complex systems to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Ability to operate independently and move projects forward without heavy oversight
  • Nice to have
  • PhD-level rigor a plus
  • Familiarity with AI-driven tools, modeling systems, or machine learning applications
  • Experience designing testing frameworks or validation systems for analytics or audience models
