Job Title: Director of Community Relations Location: Senior Living Community – Dupage County Illinois. Position Overview The Director of Community Relations supports outreach and relationship-building efforts that connect the community with local partners, families, and referral sources. This role focuses on maintaining strong professional relationships, coordinating outreach activity, and supporting occupancy goals through steady communication with hospitals, physicians, and community organizations.
