Job Summary

Own statewide public-media marketing and community-engagement leadership, shaping Iowa PBS’s brand, audience growth, and collaborations with schools, libraries, museums, and cultural partners to drive impact across broadcast, digital, and events.

  • Own integrated marketing and audience development strategies across platforms to increase viewership, streaming usage, and community engagement.
  • Lead partnerships, education programs, and public events to extend local content and public-service initiatives statewide.
  • Guide editorial integrity and brand consistency while coordinating cross-divisional communications and budget-aligned campaigns.
