Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead global communications strategy across editorial, press, cultural partnerships, and talent engagement supporting SVP of Communications
  • Build and nurture relationships with editors, stylists, cultural leaders, and strategic partners across key international markets
  • Develop narratives that position the brand within culture — highlighting innovation, design, and modern relevance
  • Oversee press moments, announcements, interviews, and brand storytelling across global channels
  • Partner with Brand, Creative, Retail, and Influencer teams to ensure unified messaging across regions
  • Identify cultural opportunities, emerging voices, and strategic placements that reinforce the brand’s global identity
  • Manage crisis communications and reputation strategy with clarity and consistency
  • Ensure all communications reflect the brand’s aesthetic: modern, functional, minimal, and globally minded

Requirements

  • 8–12+ years of experience in communications, PR, or cultural strategy
  • Demonstrated experience leading high‑performing teams with clarity, calm, and a focus on continuous improvement
  • Strong editorial network and deep understanding of global cultural trends
  • Proven experience shaping brand narratives for fashion, retail, or lifestyle brands
  • Experience managing multiple external stakeholders while maintaining consistency and harmony across all outputs
  • Exceptional writing, storytelling, and relationship‑building skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑moving, international environment
  • Travel expectations globally when needed
