Job Description

Sika is searching for an experienced Director of Channel Marketing & Strategy to join our growing team.  In this non-selling role, the Director  is responsible for accelerating Sika Industry growth by building data-driven insights, structuring distribution strategy, enabling pipeline development, and improving visibility across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build Market intelligence foundations.
  • Develop top account penetration insights
  • Improve sales visibility, and forecasting accuracy
  • Define authorized distribution frameworks
  • Align top distributors to growth plans
  • Identify target accounts and link pipeline to structured initiatives
  • Deliver visibility through tools & dashboards
  • Improve CRM visibility 
  • Lead internal workshops
  • Establish monthly reporting cadence

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B industrial sales, distribution, or channel management
  • Proven success manageing multi-region distribution networks
