Job Description

Responsibilities

Build, recruit, and manage a high-performing canvassing team
Train canvassers on scripts, objection handling, and appointment setting
Develop and implement door-to-door marketing strategies
Manage daily canvassing operations and track performance metrics
Set weekly and monthly appointment goals for the team
Create accountability systems including ride-alongs and field coaching
Manage territory planning and canvassing schedules
Monitor KPIs such as: Doors knocked; Contacts made; Appointments set; Sit rates
Coordinate with sales management to ensure quality appointments
Lead weekly team meetings and training sessions

Requirements

3+ years experience in door-to-door canvassing or field marketing
1+ years managing a canvassing or appointment-setting team
Experience in home improvement, roofing, solar, windows, or remodeling preferred
Strong leadership and recruiting skills
Proven track record generating high appointment volume
Excellent communication and motivation skills
Highly organized and results driven
