Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the marketing demand strategy, aligned to company growth goals, ICPs, and GTM priorities.
  • Architect integrated demand programs across: Cutting-edge digital marketing & dynamic web experiences
  • Signal-based marketing and real-time intent triggers
  • Autonomous AI agent outbound/inbound workflows
  • Design multi-channel campaign journeys that use AI to adapt to ICP segments in real-time.
  • Optimize programs that move accounts from signal → autonomous engagement → opportunity.
  • Drive pipeline velocity improvements across the funnel.
  • Partner with sales leadership to align campaigns with pipeline priorities. This role is accountable for pipeline contribution, conversion improvement, and overall pipeline influence.
  • Define quarterly campaign themes aligned with product launches and revenue goals.
  • Ensure messaging and content support full-funnel buyer journeys.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in B2B SaaS Growth Marketing, with recent, hands-on experience deploying AI marketing tools, autonomous agents, or LLM-driven content workflows.
  • Deep expertise in account-based marketing, intent-driven demand, and signal-based marketing (e.g., using tools like 6sense, Clay, or interactive digital ecosystems to trigger automated plays).
  • Strong understanding of modern search dynamics (AEO/GEO) and how to optimize digital content for AI consumption.
  • Proven success driving pipeline generation, integrated multi-channel campaigns, and revenue impact.
  • Experience working with PR agencies or communications partners.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce ecosystem, DevOps, or developer markets preferred.
  • Ability to collaborate across product, marketing, and sales leadership.
