Responsibilities

• Develop and execute full-funnel robust affiliate marketing strategies aligned with client business objectives and agency goals
• Drive innovation in partnership marketing practices, staying ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure integrated, cross-channel marketing solutions
• Lead the development of long-term affiliate strategies that align with clients’ overall digital marketing objectives and Revel’s holistic approach to performance marketing
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of affiliate marketing specialists, account coordinators, and strategists
• Foster a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and excellence within the affiliate department
• Oversee and lead channel internal meetings and office hours
• Provide mentorship and training for affiliate specialists and other team members involved in affiliate and partnership initiatives
• Opportunity to directly manage affiliate marketing specialists
• Define career paths and growth opportunities within the affiliate marketing team

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications or related field experience
• 5+ years of experience managing affiliate marketing programs along with a solid understanding of paid, earned and owned media
• Prior agency experience is preferred.
• Expert proficiency in major affiliate networks (CJ, Impact, Partnerize, Rakuten, AWIN) with relevant certifications
• Proficiency in simultaneously overseeing your team for the affiliate agency service line, encompassing both the strategic “big picture” and the detailed “in the weeds” views of client programs and internal initiatives
• Strong attention to detail, problem solving plus qualitative + quantitative analytical skills and aptitude
• Exceptional presentation skills, effective in various formal settings, and adept at capturing audience attention
• Committed to surpassing partner expectations and skilled in establishing and maintaining effective customer and partner relationships

• Experience in a leadership role in some capacity
