  • Meta account management with daily optimization, scaling, and performance-driven decision making.
  • Translate performance data into next creative bets and guard business metrics.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Full creative strategy: research, angles, hooks, scripts, briefs, and concept pipeline
  • Native ads and advertorial-style creative for health and wellness brands
  • Batch creative testing: multiple new angles per week across all assigned accounts
  • Day-to-day Meta account management: optimization, scaling, and daily updates
  • Translating performance data into the next creative decision
  • Protecting business metrics: ROAS, MER, CPA, LTV:CAC
