Role Title: Digital Workplace AI Architect Location: Remote Mandatory Skills: Digital Workplace Architect with deep expertise- Service desk, Conversational AI, Service Now, Workplace automation, Modern Field services, Consulting, IT services industries sales, Technical presales, solutions architecture (15-20 years). Job Description AI-Driven Strategy & Architecture: Lead client workshops and discovery sessions to identify business-critical use cases for AI within the digital workplace. Strategic Advisory: Act as a trusted advisor to C-suite executives and IT leaders, guiding them on digital workplace strategy, roadmaps, and best practices. Solution Architecture: Design and architect comprehensive digital workplace solutions Technical Leadership: Lead and mentor technical teams to build AI enabled DWP solutions, create reusable templates of architectural designs, ensuring adherence to quality standards, architectural governance, and project timelines. Coordinate and work with Global Client Engagement Pre-Sales & Business Development enablement Technology & Market Acumen Change Management & Adoption Documentation & Governance Ability to travel to client sites as required. Salary And Other Compensation Applications will be accepted until 2/27/2025. The annual salary for this position is between $142,000- $165,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
