  • Work across teams to ensure content aligns with marketing goals and brand voice.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate and create concepts, scripts, and storyboards for social, web, and internal channels.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to refine goals, audiences, and messaging.
  • Stay on top of trends to keep content fresh and platform‑optimized.
  • Collaborate to build production plans, shot lists, and schedules.
  • Prepare and coach on‑camera talent.
  • Support multi‑location shoots.
  • Edit short‑ and long‑form content using Premiere Pro, CapCut, After Effects, etc.
  • Format and optimize content for digital platforms.
  • Add motion graphics, sound design, and visual effects when needed.
  • Ensure all content aligns with brand voice, culture, and marketing goals.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience creating digital video content.
  • Strong understanding of social and digital video strategy.
  • Hands‑on experience with cameras – Sony products preferred, lighting, and audio equipment.
  • Knowledge of post‑production workflows and file formats.
  • Strong editing and visual storytelling skills.
  • Ability to adapt content across formats (horizontal → vertical).
  • Excellent organization, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Experience coaching on‑camera talent.
  • Familiarity with social ad creative, especially TikTok‑style content.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel for shoots.

Preferred

  • Associate degree or higher in video production, digital media, or related field (preferred)
