The ideal candidates are comfortable managing multiple priorities, communicating directly with clients, adapting quickly, and operating thoughtfully in politically sensitive or fast-moving environments. Strong judgment, emotional intelligence, professionalism, and a sense of humor are just as important to us as technical communications skills. Experience working at a firm, or participation in new business efforts is a big plus!
You’ll work closely with senior leadership as part of a collaborative team that values accountability, initiative and strategic thinking. Good humor is a must! Only candidates residing in the greater Washington, D.C. area will be considered.

- Drafting and editing communications materials, including press materials, client memos, briefings, presentations, and strategic recommendations
- Supporting new business efforts, including research, proposal development, and pitch materials
- Helping contribute to a growing office environment where people are encouraged to take initiative and grow beyond rigid role definitions
