Job Summary

Range requires a Digital Producer / Project Manager. The Producer for Range is a jack of all trades. The Producer is organized, communicates exceptionally well, and understands marketing, analytics, website development, and business. The Producer will be responsible for the day-to-day management of digital projects, including site launches, landing pages, email template development, and web design.

Their main goal is to ensure the company and clients are operating at maximum efficiency, thus continuously improving every relationship. They’re not afraid to step in and complete any task, no matter how complicated. The Producer will also be another set of eyes, to ensure that all work - from strategy to implementation - delivers against agreed objectives and budget parameters.

Skills & Experience Requirements:

• Independence: Complete a task without the help of superiors or excessive client direction.
• Entrepreneurial Attitude: Embrace ambiguity. Flourish in a small team environment. Help build our process.
• Project Management: Provide end-to-end project management. Very detail-oriented and thoughtful scheduling of all digital work.
• Understand Digital Media: Deep grasp of how digital media is used. For example, how to leverage paid & organic search, email, social media and display advertising.
• Prioritize Business Objectives: Awareness of what will drive the agency and clients forward in the short and long term.
• Presentation Skills: Basic skills required.
• Multi-tasking: Extreme proficiency with changing gears.

Primary Responsibilities & Duties:

• Coordinate website launches from start to finish
• Understand evolving business tools
• Review and proof reports on emerging digital media and platforms
• Manage on-site and off-site contractors
• Create project task lists for estimations and write and deliver statements of work.
• Create and manage timelines for digital media and website development projects
• Support the creation and proofing of Keynote presentations
• Review budget burn on a weekly basis and flag issues that require escalation

Experience required for the role:

• Bachelor's degree or comparable work experience
• Coordination of a website launch from start to finish
• Marketing background with a creative approach to problem-solving
• A clear understanding of client-agency relationship dynamics
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
• Disciplined organizational skills in all aspects of job duties with strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Comfort in a fast-paced & informal environment
• Team player who can immediately add value
• Google Apps, Keynote or Powerpoint
