Job Summary

Drive paid media execution across Google & Meta to scale performance for DTC brands in a contract-to-full-time role.

Build and optimize full-funnel campaigns across Google & Meta
5+ years in paid media (Google + Meta)
This is a contract role with potential to convert to full-time for the right candidate, however will consider 100% freelance as well.

Responsibilities

Build and optimize full-funnel campaigns across Google & Meta
Manage budgets, pacing, and performance (CPA, ROAS, MER)
Run A/B tests across creatives, audiences, and landing pages

Requirements

5+ years in paid media (Google + Meta)
Experience managing $100K+/month budgets
Deep expertise in Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max, YouTube) and Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram)
Experience with conversion tracking, pixels, and attribution models
Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics (CPA, ROAS, LTV, CAC, MER)

Preferred

Strong DTC/eCommerce background preferred
