Job Title: Digital Media Project Manager – Retail Audio & Video Location: El Segundo, CA Mode of work: Hybrid - 3 days onsite Duration: 24 months Position Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Digital Media Project Manager to oversee the end-to-end execution of audio and video media projects to support our retail locations. In this fast pace multifaceted role, you will blend your creative digital media expertise with project management acumen to deliver engaging in-store experiences that captivate and inform customers. You will be responsible for managing project timelines, coordinating creative assets, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the flawless scheduling and deployment of all retail digital media content. Key Responsibilities Project Management: Lead and manage multiple audio and video digital media projects from concept to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and status reports. Facilitate communication between creative, technical, and retail teams to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables. Creative Collaboration: Work closely with creative teams to conceptualize and refine audio and video content that aligns with brand standards and enhances the retail customer experience. Provide creative input and feedback on scripts, storyboards, and final media assets. Ensure all content meets quality standards and is optimized for retail environments. Digital Media Scheduling & Deployment: Manage the scheduling, distribution, and rotation of digital media assets across all retail locations. Utilize digital signage or content management systems to program and monitor media playback schedules. Track and audit content deployment to ensure accuracy and timeliness. Stakeholder Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders, external vendors, and creative partners involved in digital media projects. Clearly communicate project updates, milestones, and potential risks to all stakeholders. Quality Assurance & Reporting: Conduct regular quality checks of deployed media and troubleshoot any technical or content-related issues. Analyze project outcomes and media performance, providing recommendations for process improvement.
