Responsibilities

• Help manage and maintain our social media platforms
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging posts, Reels, Stories, Shorts, and other content
• Repurpose existing videos, photos, newsletters, and website content for social media
• Help grow engagement and maintain a consistent online presence
• Assist with basic video editing, graphics, and content creation
• Help manage and grow our YouTube presence
• Upload and organize videos and YouTube Shorts
• Create or assist with thumbnails
• Optimize titles, descriptions, keywords, playlists, and other elements for discoverability
• Repurpose long-form video content into shorter pieces

Requirements

• Understand social media beyond simply using it personally
• Have experience with Canva and basic video/content editing tools
• Have some familiarity with YouTube, websites, SEO, Google Analytics/Search Console, or similar digital tools
• Learn new technology quickly and aren't intimidated by unfamiliar platforms
• Can research a question, explore solutions, and make recommendations
• Can work independently and follow projects through to completion
• Have strong written communication and organizational skills
• Are dependable and comfortable managing your time
• Enjoy bringing new ideas to the table
• Are interested in wellness, personal development, travel, retreats, storytelling, or purpose-driven work
