Job Summary

Own the content flow for baseball outreach by monitoring social channels, editing video and assets, and keeping websites and emails up to date, while supporting cross-team digital comms projects.

  • Social & content ownership: monitor channels, edit copy and assets for timely, on-brand posts.
  • Platform & asset management: maintain CMS driven sites, apps, and email systems with clean workflows.
  • Project support: assist on short and long term digital communications initiatives and collateral development.

Job Description

Responsibilities include social media monitoring and copy editing, video editing and marketing collateral creation, CMS and digital platform management, and assisting on digital communications projects.

  • Social media monitoring and copy editing: track conversations, edit posts, and ensure consistency across channels.
  • Video editing and marketing collateral: produce on-brand visuals and assets for campaigns.
  • Digital platform and CMS management: maintain websites, apps, and email systems to support outreach.
  • Assist with short and long term digital communications projects: support timelines and cross-team coordination.

Requirements

  • Eligible candidates should have a degree in film, design, public relations, communications, sports management, or labor relations.
  • All candidates should possess excellent written and verbal communications skills in English.
  • outstanding interpersonal skills
  • experience working with the Microsoft suite of programs (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere)
  • working knowledge of various social media platforms and applications including X, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.
  • Experience with content management systems (e.g., Wix, Word Press)
  • knowledge of Major League Baseball is helpful.
  • Recent graduates may apply.

Preferred

  • Spanish fluency preferred but not required

    Compensation

    • Salary: $20.00 per hour for BA Students and $30.00 per hour for MBA Students
    • USD 20-30 HOUR
