Digital Marketing & Website Specialist

Responsibilities

• Managing our social media channels and creating regular, engaging content
• Taking photographs and videos of containers, accommodation units and projects, including aerial/drone footage where appropriate.
• Planning, running and optimising PPC campaigns, primarily through Google Ads
• Monitoring campaign performance, conversions and return on advertising spend
• Creating and sending targeted customer email campaigns, newsletters and mailshots
• Improving SEO and helping increase our organic search visibility
• Helping develop new website functionality, such as enhanced product pages and online payment functionality
• Writing useful website content, news articles and blog posts
• Creating landing pages for specific products, promotions and campaigns
• Keeping our online product listings accurate and up to date across our website, Gumtree and other relevant online marketplaces.

Requirements

• Experience: professional digital marketing: 1 year (preferred)
• Google Ads/PPC campaigns: 1 year (preferred)
• SEO: 1 year (preferred)
• Experience with HTML/CSS or working with bespoke websites would therefore be particularly useful.
• Our website is PHP based. You don't necessarily need to be a PHP developer. More complex development work can be supported externally, but we would ideally like someone technically confident enough to manage website content and make straightforward improvements.

Preferred

• Experience with PHP/MySQL would be a significant advantage, but isn't essential.
