Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the creation, scheduling, and publishing of social media content across core platforms
  • Monitor channels daily, responding to comments/messages in alignment with brand voice
  • Track engagement trends and escalate customer issues as needed
  • Research social platform trends to support ongoing content improvements
  • Support monthly/quarterly content calendar development with the Digital Marketing Manager & Brand Teams
  • Assist in the creation, editing, and proofreading of digital marketing materials (graphics, copy, videos)
  • Collaborate with designers and vendors to ensure content accuracy and brand alignment
  • Optimize posts and content for SEO and social engagement
  • Build, and Edit CRM-based email campaigns, including newsletters and promotional sends
  • Segment audiences and prepare lists for deployment

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Business, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered
  • 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, social media, content creation, or similar role
  • Experience managing business social media accounts and email marketing platforms
  • Familiarity with SEO/SEM fundamentals, analytics, and content best practices
  • Strong written communication, proofreading, and copyediting skills
  • Proficiency in social media scheduling tools, analytics dashboards, and email marketing software
  • Strong project management and organization skills, with ability to meet deadlines
  • Analytical mindset with willingness to learn digital measurement tools (Google Analytics, platform insights)
  • General office environment with continuous computer use
  • Occasional short-term travel

Preferred

  • Basic graphic design or video editing skills (Adobe Creative Cloud or similar) preferred
