Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Assist with the development of comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with business objectives including website content management, online visibility, brand awareness, and increasing social media presence.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the digital landscape, industry trends, and competitor activity.
  • Oversee website development, refreshes, and ongoing maintenance to ensure content, design, functionality, and user experience remain current, engaging, and aligned with brand standards.
  • Create engaging, relevant content and ideate new digital tactics to support corporate and product marketing initiatives.
  • Manage SEO/SEM efforts including keyword research, on-page optimization, and monitoring search rankings.
  • Analyze and interpret data from website analytics, social media metrics, and email campaign statistics to measure performance and optimize strategies.
  • Work with agency consultants to set up and optimizing Google Ads and other pay-per-click (PPC).
  • Develop and grow the company’s social media presence by creating engaging content and strengthening brand recognition.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams—including Regulatory Affairs, Medical (ARMD), Legal and Marketing—to ensure digital assets meet compliance and brand standards.
  • Support special projects and departmental initiatives assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related field required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of digital marketing experience in pharmaceutical marketing required; experience with injectables or generic pharmaceuticals strongly preferred.
  • Familiarity with regulatory and compliance guidelines governing pharmaceutical and medical device promotion (e.g., PMR review processes).
  • Proficiency in SEO/SEM, email marketing platforms, social media management tools, and analytic platforms (preferably Google Analytics (GA4)).
  • Experience with content management systems (CMS), customer relationship management (CRM), and marketing automation tools.
  • A basic understanding of HTML, CSS preferred.
  • Mastery of Microsoft 365.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Experience in the use of Veeva Vault PromoMats for content management and approval workflows.
  • Strong copywriting and basic graphic design skills to support digital content creation.
  • Strong analytical thinking with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and professionally.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Business savvy with a strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proactive, solutions-oriented approach and the ability to adapt to fast-changing digital trends.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and integrated marketing execution.
