Job Description

Responsibilities

Manage and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, including Xiaohongshu (RED), Instagram, and other social media channels
Collaborate with KOLs and micro-influencers (including both professional influencers and everyday users) to enhance brand awareness and engagement
Create and edit engaging content, including copywriting, visual content, and basic image editing for social media posts
Plan and support online and offline marketing campaigns and promotional activities
Manage official brand accounts, including content planning, posting, and community engagement
Analyze user behavior and content performance to optimize marketing strategies and improve user growth

Requirements

Experience in digital marketing, social media operations, or influencer marketing
Familiar with Xiaohongshu (RED) and influencer marketing ecosystems
Strong copywriting and content creation skills; basic design or image editing ability is a plus
Experience in campaign planning or event execution is preferred
Strong understanding of user engagement and growth strategies
Proactive, creative, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Mandarin language proficiency is required
Driver's license and a reliable vehicle (Required)
